Food in the City – Health Foods & Supplements

24. June 2020 @ 19:00 - 20:30 CEST

** Please Note: this is an online event – please join us via ZOOM – https://us02web.zoom.us/j/85903247514

Farmlyplace’s “Food in the City” meetup continues – virtually until further notice – every last Wednesday of the month!

For the month of June we will be exploring foods and food supplements. Which are best to keep our immune systems thriving? How can we shift our diets and habits within an urban setting to ensure optimal health?

In light of the current global pandemic, these questions are very timely! Join us for an open exchange of useful information and get some inspiration from our guest speakers as they show us how to use food to nurture and sustain our minds, bodies and souls.

** Do you want to join the discussion and share your project? Contact us beforehand at info@farmlyplace.com and we will make space in the agenda!!
